I was right...greens do my body MUCH better than all that fruit I was drinking.
I have a sweet tooth so to drink orange/apple/carrot juice for most of my meals was my way of quenching that sweet tooth urge.
Been a few days on mainly greens and i feel MUCH better. ALso I think I lost 2 pounds rapidly by doing so.
Day 25 btw...35 more to go, yo!
